Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Customer Relationship Executive to oversee daily operations at our Park Square Mall outlet. The role requires someone who enjoys interacting with guests, understands service excellence, and can ensure smooth outlet operations while actively contributing to the brands guest experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guest assistance at the outlet, ensuring a warm and seamless customer experience.
• Actively recommend and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and ticket size.
• Manage and operate the POS system, ensuring accurate billing and transaction handling.
• Conduct weekly physical inventory checks and coordinate with the operations team for stock updates.
• Encourage and collect guest feedback, testimonials, and reviews for social media and the creative team.
• Maintain outlet hygiene, presentation standards, and service quality.
• Coordinate with the central team for smooth day-to-day outlet functioning.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate from a recognized IHM (Institute of Hotel Management) or equivalent hospitality program.
• Freshers are welcome, though candidates with prior hospitality/QSR experience will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and energetic personality.
• Comfortable handling basic operational and billing systems.
