Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, building positive relationships, ensuring clients are happy with their experience, and improving overall customer engagement with the brand.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Retention and building loyalty
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
