Role Overview

The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience to customers. The role requires handling high-value clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring premium service standards that align with the Helios Luxe brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and premium customers.
• Ensure a personalized luxury shopping experience for every client.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
• Maintain client database and follow up for repeat purchases and loyalty engagement.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service and product availability.
• Support store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Ensure the store ambiance and service standards meet luxury retail expectations.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Hospitality).
• Minimum 24 years of experience in premium/luxury retail or customer service roles.
• Experience working with luxury brands, watches, jewelry, or high-end lifestyle products will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to handle high-profile clientele.
• Presentable personality with a customer-first approach.
