About the Role

Act as primary contact for customers and handle all enquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads, follow up with potential clients and ensure timely conversions.
• Provide information about property features, pricing, and documentation during client interactions.
• Coordinate and conduct property site visits for clients.
• Maintain customer reports and update information in CRM systems.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, accounts, and legal for smooth customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relations in real estate or automobile industry.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of real estate market and documentation.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
