Job Description
Recruitment Mantra Hiring Customer Relationship Manager for Manorama Industries Limited
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team in achieving targets by onboarding new customers and maximizing revenue.
- Update sales calls and leads regularly in the Sales Module/CRM system.
- Maintain daily inquiry logs with accurate and timely feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
- Coordinate pre-shipping and post-shipping activities, including KYC documentation approvals from Branch Managers.
- Handle customer service issues and manage escalations to Sales Manager, HODs, or Branch Manager as required.
- Develop marketing materials and sales presentations to support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer requirements effectively.
- Prepare a list of prospective customers and conduct cold calling for business development.
- Submit daily MIS reports to the VP Sales.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Masters degree in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
Experience Required
- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management / Sales Support
