Job Description

Recruitment Mantra Hiring Customer Relationship Manager for Manorama Industries Limited


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team in achieving targets by onboarding new customers and maximizing revenue.
  • Update sales calls and leads regularly in the Sales Module/CRM system.
  • Maintain daily inquiry logs with accurate and timely feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
  • Coordinate pre-shipping and post-shipping activities, including KYC documentation approvals from Branch Managers.
  • Handle customer service issues and manage escalations to Sales Manager, HODs, or Branch Manager as required.
  • Develop marketing materials and sales presentations to support sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer requirements effectively.
  • Prepare a list of prospective customers and conduct cold calling for business development.
  • Submit daily MIS reports to the VP Sales.

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Masters degree in Sales & Marketing (preferred)

Experience Required

  • 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management / Sales Support
