This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager, based in Gurugram. The position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. The role also includes managing client feedback, optimizing service processes, and collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients effectively
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, problem-solving, and client engagement
- Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple client accounts
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer service processes
- Experience in luxury fashion or a high-end retail environment is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software applications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- A customer-centric approach with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence
