We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Manager to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced IT/SaaS environment and enjoy building strong client relationships while ensuring seamless onboarding and account support, this role is for you.
Role Overview
As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth account activation, timely follow-ups, and effective issue resolution. You will work closely with Sales, Technical, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the account lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer account-related communication
- Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and account activation
- Proactively follow up on documentation, billing, payments, and service-related matters
- Coordinate with internal Sales, Technical, and Operations teams for timely issue resolution
- Track and monitor customer issues to ensure closure within defined SLAs
- Support invoicing, billing reconciliation, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM systems
- Prepare MIS reports on account activations, customer follow-ups, and issue status
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2-3 Years of Experience in the IT industry (SaaS sales background preferred)
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM tools
- Strong coordination and management skills
