Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding to final delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with couples and their families
• Understand client expectations and communicate them clearly to internal teams
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow ups
• Manage client feedback, revisions, and concerns professionally
• Maintain records of client communication, contracts, and project status
• Collaborate closely with photography, cinematography, and editing teams

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer relationship management, hospitality, events, or weddings preferred
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Comfort working with creative and production teams
• Passion for weddings, storytelling, and client experience
