Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Handling incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages when necessary.

Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining a visitor log.

Administrative Support: Maintaining records, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies at the front desk.

Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.

Customer Service: Addressing visitor inquiries and providing necessary information.

Ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.

Handling calls, converting the leads and report to the Department manager Requirements:

Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have their own vehicle (Bike).

Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Office, Email).

Professional appearance and pleasant demeanour.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business needs.

Languages Mandatory - Fluent English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Candidates must be willing to work at the specified locations (Whitefield / HSR / Indiranagar / Koramangala
