Job Description

We cater to customers across India and internationally, offering sarees, jewellery, kidswear, and other ethnic products. The brand stands for quality, trust, and customer satisfaction.


Job Role:

The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for handling customer interactions across digital channels and converting inquiries into sales. The role involves building strong customer relationships, supporting purchase decisions, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end online shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through effective follow-ups
  • Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and offers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products where applicable
  • Share order updates and provide post-sales support
  • Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer relationship management or sales (e-commerce/fashion preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good typing skills and professional email writing ability
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email platforms, and CRM tools
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate
