Responsibilities:

• Resolve queries and concerns raised by clients in a timely fashion
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
• Help to improve customer communication
• Collaborate with managers to resolve issues toward the goal of building customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention
• Entering customer information into a computer database
• Ensure that relationship with clients is maintained throughout the product lifecycle
• Ensuring owners are always well looked after
• Understanding all aspects of existing and upcoming projects
• Ideating with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relations Team to come up with new innovative pre- and post-sales experiences and to improve the process flow
