Same-Day Delivery helps brands with converting their browsers into buyers, serving as a competitive advantage and reducing working capital challenges. Blitz currently engages with enterprise brands with category focus into Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care and Healthcare; helping them with 30% - 40% increase in their website conversions & increasing retention by 2x by providing best in class experience.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Be the primary point of contact for daily interactions with assigned clients.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each clients business, delivery priorities, and pain points.
  • Provide timely and empathetic support, while maintaining a high standard of service.

BAU and Operational Coordination

  • Work closely with internal functions (Operations, Tech, Customer Experience) to ensure seamless delivery and resolution of issues.
  • Drive daily and weekly coordination to maintain SLA performance and adherence to agreed KPIs.
  • Own callouts, service exceptions, and follow-up actions with accountability.

Growth and Account Expansion

  • Drive weekly performance calls
  • Collaborate with the ESM to expand clients across cities, Pincodes with regular follow-ups.

Client Feedback and Experience Improvement

  • Gather structured feedback to identify experience gaps or product/service improvement areas.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to champion client voice and drive enhancements.


Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Operations within logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or SaaS industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to interpret and analyze data.
  • Demonstrated ownership and follow-through across multiple workstreams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with mid to large-scale enterprise clients, ideally in logistics or e-commerce enablement.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, ticketing systems, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to translate data insights into client-facing narratives and business decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skillscomfortable liaising with both client-side and internal teams.

*The role will be based out of Bangalore - 6 days working, 5 days WFO*
