Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Relationship Management Manager, based in Mumbai. Key responsibilities include managing and enhancing relationships with current and potential customers, monitoring customer interactions, analyzing customer feedback, and identifying opportunities for improving user satisfaction. The role focuses on client relationship management, workflow coordination with counsellors, and structured follow-ups with students and parents. Sales activity is limited and driven through existing leads; limited field work.
- Coordinate with the counselling team to track student progress, documents, option forms, and reporting steps.
- Manage incoming enquiries, explain ASMI Careers services, and convert warm leads into admissions.
- Schedule counselling sessions, document checks, and follow-up calls.
- Maintain CRM entries, update student status, and ensure timely reminders.
- Support counsellors during peak rounds by arranging data, preparing summaries, and handling parent queries.
- Provide onboarding support to new students after enrolment.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Ability to manage multiple students and timelines during counselling rounds.
- Comfortable handling structured follow-ups and customer queries.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in workflow management.
- Experience in education, admissions, or customer support preferred.
