Job Description:
- CRM for customer queries/complaints: Manage customer queries and complaints through cross functional coordination with various POCs internally. Update CRM dashboard regularly as per SLA & TAT and report to Sr Mgmt. regularly. Follow the SOP defined for CRM.
- CRM for Institutional customer leads Manage customer leads for Vending Machines & our products from prospective customers, coordinate with the sales team for resolution of leads and update the dashboard as per SLA & TAT. Follow the SOP defined for Institutional.
- Marketing MIS Be the POC for all marketing PO requirements, spend tracking & reporting.
