Hiring Engineer Quality - Customer Complaints

Location: Kolhapur

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech Electrical / Electronics

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end customer complaints (RCA, CAPA & closure)
• Prepare 8D reports & implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with Production, Design, R&D & Supplier Quality teams
• Conduct failure analysis of warranty/returned parts
• Monitor PPM, rejection trends & drive improvement initiatives
• Support customer audits & ensure IATF / ISO compliance
• Maintain MIS, dashboards & quality performance reports

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of 8D, CAPA & Root Cause Analysis
• Experience in FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, Control Plan
• Good understanding of IATF / ISO standards
• Customer handling & audit experience
• Willing to travel
