Job Description
Hiring Engineer Quality - Customer Complaints
Location: Kolhapur
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech Electrical / Electronics
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end customer complaints (RCA, CAPA & closure)
- Prepare 8D reports & implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with Production, Design, R&D & Supplier Quality teams
- Conduct failure analysis of warranty/returned parts
- Monitor PPM, rejection trends & drive improvement initiatives
- Support customer audits & ensure IATF / ISO compliance
- Maintain MIS, dashboards & quality performance reports
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of 8D, CAPA & Root Cause Analysis
- Experience in FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, Control Plan
- Good understanding of IATF / ISO standards
- Customer handling & audit experience
- Willing to travel
