Project Manager Role :

MN MW&CSN Femto is looking for motivated professionals for the position of Program Manager and primary responsibilities are:

Successful Project execution according to customer contractual commitments and Femto Program guidance ​

Achieving the project targets during all project phases according to agreed scope, schedule, costs, and quality

Managing the deliverables of Femto Program and MN System Program to the Customer project. ​

Checks and manages interfaces and dependencies to other features and Projects.

Ensure in time delivery of SW/HW for the Customer project. ​

Risk management for successful project execution, prepare and create risk mitigation plans for project recovery when needed.​

Work closely with product Management team and act as interface between R&D and PDM.

Managing Quality Forums, reports and presentations to BU from BL inputs.

Working closely with 3rd Party Network Elements teams and get alignment.

Your skills and experience  Program or Project Management Experience for complex solutions with multiple Network Elements, including 3rd party vendor. Bachelor’s in engineering or degree in comparable major required. Master’s degree a plus PMP certification desired. Lean Six Sigma certification a plus. Technical understanding of 4G, 5G and other technologies to aid in the facilitation of customer issue resolution. Strong customer focus Result and quality oriented Excellent English written and verbal communication. Good networking, facilitation, and presentation skills. Development and Management of End-to-End Solution Schedules from pre-commitment through post GA Deliverables interfacing to multiple Nokia organizations (ION, CNS, CuDO, Training among others) and negotiating all internal deliverables and external deliverables to customer labs/production network during release life cycle to meet customer commitments.
