We are looking for a smart, energetic, and reliable Operations Analyst to help scale our sales and streamline operations. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is analytical, tech-savvy, confident in English communication, and great at building customer relationships.

You will act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, clear communication, and efficient execution.

• Support and improve sales & operational workflows
• Communicate clearly with customers about timelines and deliverables
• Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT to improve productivity and documentation
• Prepare presentations, reports, and performance updates
• Track KPIs and identify process improvements
  

• 2+ years in Operations, Sales Ops, Customer Success, or Analyst roles
• Excellent English communication (mandatory)
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Confident, extroverted, and trustworthy personality
• Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and AI tools
• Available to work 2 PM 10 PM IST
• Immediate joiners preferred
