Job Title: Customer Management Intern


Location: Perungudi, Chennai

Work Mode: On-site


Employment Type: Internship (36 months)

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Management Intern to support ongoing engagement with our existing customer accounts. The role focuses on structured communication, relationship coordination, and internal collaboration to ensure consistent and professional customer interactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of assigned customer accounts through regular communication
  • Coordinate with customer representatives and internal teams to ensure smooth engagement
  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Assist in addressing customer queries by coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Update and maintain customer data, reports, and documentation
  • Contribute to customer retention and account support initiatives


Qualifications

  • Graduate or final-year student in any discipline
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage professionally with customer stakeholders
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Willingness to work on-site in Perungudi, Chennai

  • This is an on-site internship role
