Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer-Facing Associate at Gurgaon, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune. The role involves engaging with clients for Business Development and to generate Sales Orders, Collection of payments , Detailing the products to Vets , Pet Parents , managing promotional activities, addressing inquiries related to animal healthcare products. The responsibilities also include maintaining strong professional relationships, gathering customer feedback, and identifying ways to enhance business. Candidates will act as a bridge between the company and clients to ensure their requests and concerns are resolved effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or any other discipline

Required Skills

• Selling Skills preferably in Pharmaceutical industry
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction focus with the ability to manage and resolve client concerns
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret customer feedback and suggest improvements
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
• Prior experience in the animal healthcare industry is advantageous
• Willingness to work on-site at either Delhi, Gurgaon, Pune , Mumbai, Ahmedabad and travel as needed,
