Job Description

Responsibilities:

Operations & Coordination:


Manage logistics and backend support during events, seminars, webinars, and training

programs.

Act as a bridge between the Business Inner Circle team and other internal departments

(Sales, Accounts, Marketing, Community etc.).

Prepare and maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards for performance reviews.

Ensure documentation, SOPs, and communication processes are streamlined and up to

date.

Gradually take ownership of assigned operational responsibilities with training and

mentorship.


Customer Support & Experience:


Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via Calls, WhatsApp, and Email.

Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective manner.

Identify customer needs, concerns, and problems and take proactive steps to maintain

positive experiences.

Reach out to customers through outbound calls as per requirement (registrations,

confirmations, RSVPs, follow-ups, and support).

Analyze customer feedback and prepare summary reports.

Document processes and log customer compliments and complaints.

Ensure customer communication and support strategies align with business goals and

outcomes.


Data & Process Management:


Maintain accuracy of CRM, sheets, and trackers for customer data, payments, and

follow-ups.

Track and update operational and customer interaction data regularly.

Keep informed of industry trends and basic CRM/automation practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office, Zoom, and CRM tools

Basic understanding of business operations or interest in MSME/B2B domain is a plus

Proficiency in Hindi and English
