Exxat, a US-headquartered leader in cloud-based Health Sciences education management, is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist.

Location : Pune / Vadodara

Work Model : Work From Office (Hybrid)

Experience : 5+ years of Experience in Product Training.

What youll drive:

End-to-end webinar management scheduling, setup, coordination, quality checks, and post-session insights.

Reviewing and polishing webinar presentations; creating flyers, event pages, and other promotional assets.

Preparing release webinar decks, tutorials, Help Center articles, and other training content.

Setting up and maintaining Sales demo data; configuring environments based on internal requirements.

Testing and validating new product functionalities and refining demo environments with each release.

Supporting onboarding and product training for new customers.

Participating in UAT and assisting in internal training initiatives.

What were looking for:

5+ years in Product Training or Customer Success.

2+ years engaging with US-based clients.

Strong expertise in content creation, documentation, and webinar facilitation.

Familiarity with AI tools.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Proficiency with MS Office and virtual training tools (Teams, WebEx, GoTo, Zoom).

Highly organized, adaptable, and solution oriented.
