Role: Client Experience Associate

The role is to Outbound Calling of existing Wealth customers

Work Location: Thane

This is completely Outbound Sales role for Wealth customers - HNI & UHNI clients.

Target Based & Incentives too.

Establishing relationship with registered users

Understanding clients requirement, involve RM if needed

Resolving any of the client queries

Connecting with clients to give regular updates

Getting more referrals from the existing users for onboarding new investors on the platform

Introduction calls for all new customers

Tracking of query resolutions

Tagging of all queries raised in CRM
