Job Title: Customer Experience Partner


Role Summary


We are looking for a results-driven professional to manage customer accounts within our Cold Chain and Integrated Supply Chain Logistics business. The role involves end-to-end ownership of customer relationships, supply chain execution, and financial performance, ensuring seamless delivery, temperature integrity, and high customer satisfaction by leveraging Maersks global network and digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and manage key customer accounts, acting as the single point of contact and ensuring strong customer relationships.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain and cold chain execution from sourcing to final delivery.
  • Coordinate shipment planning, customs clearance, documentation, and logistics operations including warehousing and transportation.
  • Ensure cold chain compliance, service quality, and timely delivery.
  • Own financial performance including receivables, collections, dispute resolution, and cost optimization.
  • Leverage digital platforms to provide shipment visibility and performance insights.
  • Monitor KPIs related to service, cost, and customer satisfaction and share regular updates with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and internal operating procedures.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience managing end-to-end supply chain and/or cold chain operations in logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms and supply chain management systems.
