Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Experience Consultant to join our team in Talegaon, Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in domestic transport, preferably within the automotive industry. This role involves handling export documentation, managing MIS reporting, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Required Experience:

  • 3 - 5 Years of Experience in Automobile or heavy Machinery in Inbound & Outbound logistics.
  • Candidate must have the experience into domestic transport and logistics.
  • Education: any graduate OR Diploma (Mechanical or Automobile)
  • Proficiency in MIS reporting and Excel.
  • Ability to handle data coordination.
  • Preferred Industry: Automotive OR Heavy Machinery OR Auto ancillary
  • 6 Days working (2 Shifts no Night Shift)
  • Candidate must have worked in automobile industry
  • Co-ordination with SCM team for Vehicle placement
  • Co-Ordination with Transporter for invoicing, POD collection & KPI Reviews

Good to Have:

  • Willingness to work in shifts.

  • Email drafting skill
