Experience working in customer experience with e-commerce brand

experience working with brand that runs meta ads

Very fluent in English with proper accent

What youll actually do:

• Handle Customers:Be the main point of contact. If a customer has a doubt or a problem, youre the one fixing it.
• Manage Shipping:Youll own the logistics. Tracking orders, talking to couriers, and making sure every package gets delivered on time.
• Sales (Cart Recovery):Call people who almost bought from us but didn't finish. Your goal is to help them complete the order.
• Creator Outreach:Find cool creators and reach out to them to get our products in their hands.
• Pack & Label:Sometimes youll need to be hands-on in the officesticking labels and packing boxes to make sure orders go out fast.
