The Mission (Your Role)

As aCustomer Experience Expert , youll be the bridge between a clients dream and our designers magic. Youll meet clients at the moment theyre excited, curious, and ready to build something special, and guide them from first conversation to confident decision.

This is afull-time, on-site role inHyderabad .

Freshers to experienced candidates are welcome.

If you have confidence, curiosity, and strong communication skills, well train you on the rest. If youre experienced, youll get the platform to grow faster and close bigger.


Role: Customer Experience Expert

Youll be the first friendly face and the trusted guide for clients, from first inquiry to final sign-off, working closely with our design team to ensure an exceptional experience.

Location: Hyderabad


What Youll Do

  • Speak with new clients, understand their lifestyle needs, and help them visualize their dream home
  • Build trust through transparent, timely communication and premium service
  • Recommend the right design solutions and packages (consultative selling)
  • Coordinate with designers and internal teams to keep the client journey smooth
  • Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline to achieve sales goals
  • Support team performance; mentor/train others as you grow into the role

What Were Looking For

  • Strongcommunication andpeople skills
  • Comfort withsales conversations , follow-ups, and closing (we can train freshers)
  • A customer-first mindset (you care about the experience, not just the sale)
  • Interest in luxury interiors, design trends, and premium lifestyle spaces
  • Bachelors degree preferred, not mandatory
  • Prior experience in interiors/real estate/luxury sales is a plus, but not required
