Youll manage high-speed live chats while staying immersed in social media trends to help creators sharpen their strategies. Were looking for a charismatic, digital-savvy communicator who can solve problems quickly and loves the world of Reels, fashion, and online shopping. If youre a fast-paced learner who wants to be at the heart of social commerce, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, understanding their goals and objectives.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and queries.
• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Stay updated on product updates and company policies.
• Watch Reels and YouTube videos every day & level up on your fashion sense and understand how to create social media strategy for creators.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve overall support team experience.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
• Fast and Prompt response on live chat, with a minimum typing speed of 40-50 words per minute.
• Problem solving skills Capacity to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
• Product knowledge and understanding of the company products and services.
• Team collaboration willingness to work collaboratively with other team members for issue resolution.
• Enthusiasm for all things digital and a love for the creator community.
• Charismatic communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills.
