Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Executive located in Lucknow. The Customer Executive will handle daily tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves maintaining communication with clients and analyzing feedback for service improvement.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure positive client experiences
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating customer feedback and improving service quality
- Fashion background.
- Customer Support and Communication skills for effectively resolving issues and maintaining clarity in interactions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Proficiency in customer relationship management tools or platforms is a plus
- Prior experience in a customer-oriented role is preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma required; a bachelors degree in business or a related field is advantageous
