Job Description
Freshly is a fast-growing quick-delivery platform focused on genuinely fresh, high-quality food fruits, vegetables, freshly milled atta, dairy, and more. As we grow, we are looking for customer-focused individuals who can help us build a strong and thoughtful customer experience.
We are currently hiring for:
Customer Engagement Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert new leads into active customers
- Call customers to introduce Freshly and explain the offering
- Work on customer retention and churn management
- Re-engage inactive customers and strengthen relationships
- Conduct customer interviews to gather insights and feedback
- Share customer insights with the team to improve the product and experience
Qualifications:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Telecalling, or similar roles
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable handling customer conversations on WhatsApp and phone calls
- Customer-first mindset with patience and problem-solving ability
