Were Hiring - Customer Engagement Role/Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell MCMCERs certificate and professional development courses to students, working professionals and institutions.
Engage with prospective learners through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert leads into enrolments.
Maintain relationships with students, track their progress, and provide post-enrolment support.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and outreach campaigns.
Prepare weekly performance reports and assist in developing growth strategies.
What Were Looking For:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong productivity and ability to handle multiple leads efficiently
Quick learner with an understanding of course offerings and learner needs
Highly organized and goal-oriented with attention to detail
Prior experience in education sales, edtech, or client relations preferred
Details:
Location: Lajpat Nagar IV, New Delhi Type: Full-time | On-site
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
PQE: 0.6- 2 Years
Salary: As per the industry standards
