This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Engagement Intern. In this role, you will support and engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and understanding of the ScoreUp platform. You will help resolve queries, collect feedback, and contribute to enhancing customer experiences. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other teams to analyze customer feedback and formulate innovative solutions to improve engagement.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in Customer Support and a clear focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction.
- Analytical Skills for understanding customer needs and patterns to propose effective solutions.
- Ability to foster positive relationships and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms, applications, and tools is a plus.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
