We are looking for a Client Engagement Executive to engage with new clients, introduce them to SBNRIs services, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct welcome calls with new clients to understand their needs and introduce SBNRI.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Share client feedback with product and marketing teams to improve onboarding and product experience.
• Work closely with the Geography Head to support company and revenue metrics.

Requirements:

• 6 months 1 year experience in welcome calling, pre-sales, or sales support.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask.

Immediate joiners preferred.
