Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Delight Associate located in Gurugram. The Customer Delight Associate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, enhancing customer experience, providing customer support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Note: The role will require you to work 6 days a week, 5 weekdays from office + Saturday from home.

Qualifications:

Undergrad or Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Fresher, straight out of college works.
