What would you do? o Provide functional and/or technical support to internal and external stakeholders as well as support customer requests/ inquiries and/or questions through email, phone, l live chat or other channels as may be established from time to time o Liaise with other support teams (Internal & External) as required to resolve requests in a timely manner o Ensure proper documentation, notification, tracking and follow up o Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact and ensure accurate transactional processing o Maintain strong and current product and process knowledge o Ensure compliance to the client policies and procedure o Work on additional projects/ tasks as may be assigned from time to time o Good communication skills verbal and written Customer service refers to the assistance and support provided by a business or organization to its customers before, during, and after a purchase or use of a product or service. It involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build and maintain positive relationships.
What are we looking for? o Good communication skills verbal and written o Willing to work in rotational shifts (24/7/365), primarily night shifts. o 0-1 years Customer Service Experience across email, phone & chat o Catered to International Clients preferably in a tech support role o Willingness to go above and beyond for time sensitive client requests o Good to have: o Prior experience with CRM tools such as SFDC, HubSpot, Zoho o Worked for B2B clients o Experience with data center terminologies and technologies desired o Knowledge and experience with telecom circuit ordering and provisioning desired o Knowledge of Internet, hosting, network and telecommunications services industries desired o Knowledge of MS Office desired
