Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative based in Bengaluru.   • Focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction by understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer care roles is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelors degree preferred).
