About the Role

Key Stone Services is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Customer Care Specialist / Virtual Assistant & Customer Liaison to support both customer experience and executive operations. This is a high-visibility role where you will serve as a key point of contact for customers while also assisting the CEO, CRO, and Chief of Staff with day-to-day coordination and administrative support.



Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure a smooth, personalized experience
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and administrative coordination for leadership
  • Coordinate communication across customers, factory partners, and internal teams
  • Draft polished emails, reports, and other written communications
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and customer feedback logs
  • Proactively resolve scheduling and workflow bottlenecks


Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience in customer service, executive assistance, client relations, or operations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially
  • Proficiency with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive work style
