This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Professional based in Delhi, India. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner. The individual will analyze customer feedback, identify challenges, and propose solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. Furthermore, the position requires clear and professional communication with customers and team members to maintain and build strong relationships.

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills for providing clear and effective service
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and improve processes
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate within a team and adapt to dynamic work environments
• Proficiency in relevant customer relationship tools and software is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred
