Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our International Voice Process team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling international customers and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners only

Preferred Skills:

• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes
• Basic computer knowledge
