Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle inbound calls , assist customers with their queries, and provide a smooth support experience. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in inbound calling and a good command of the English language.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiry professionally and efficiently
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate information or solutions
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Follow company processes and quality standards
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams when needed
Required Skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Support role
- Multilingual ability is a plus
