We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to manage daily e-commerce operations and customer support for our growing online business.
- Manage and process Shopify website orders
- Handle orders from marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, BigBasket, etc.)
- Track shipments, delivery status, RTOs, and returns
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and order issues via call, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams
- Maintain order records, tickets, and customer data
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution
- Experience with Shopify order management
- Knowledge of marketplace seller panels
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
- Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience in D2C / FMCG / Ayurvedic / E-commerce brands
- Familiar with CRM or ticketing tools
