We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to manage daily e-commerce operations and customer support for our growing online business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process Shopify website orders
  • Handle orders from marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, BigBasket, etc.)
  • Track shipments, delivery status, RTOs, and returns
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and order issues via call, WhatsApp, and email
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams
  • Maintain order records, tickets, and customer data
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with Shopify order management
  • Knowledge of marketplace seller panels
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and work independently


Preferred:
  • Experience in D2C / FMCG / Ayurvedic / E-commerce brands
  • Familiar with CRM or ticketing tools
