Job Description
SUPR is growing fast, and were looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
This is not a boring call-centre role.
Youll speak to real customers, help them make better health decisions, and directly impact revenue.
- Call customers whove already shown interest (abandoned checkouts, past buyers)
- Re-engage existing customers and drive repeat purchases
- Understand customer pain points and communicate clearly
- Work closely with founders on improving conversion & retention
- Youre confident speaking on calls (Hindi/English)
- You communicate clearly and listen well
- Youre comfortable with targets and accountability
- You want to learn how a fast-growing D2C brand actually scales
