About the Role

We are looking for a Chakki-Customer Relationship Therapist, someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and creating meaningful customer experiences. In this role, you will be the voice of the brand, helping customers choose the right products while ensuring their overall experience with Chakki Peesing is smooth and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers through WhatsApp, calls, and other communication channels
• Assist customers in choosing the right atta blends, spices, and products
• Resolve customer queries and issues in a calm and efficient manner
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
• Collect and share customer feedback to help improve products and services
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat engagement

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• A friendly, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
• Basic comfort with WhatsApp, CRM tools, and digital systems
• Interest in food, health, and customer service is a plus
