This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive based in Bengaluru. The Customer Care Executive will interact directly with customers, resolve inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver an exceptional service experience. Responsibilities include handling customer support calls, addressing concerns, assisting with product information, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer experiences. A key focus will be on providing proactive and effective communication to maintain high service standards.
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional verbal and written Communication skills
- Basic understanding or experience in Sales practices
- Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in local languages is an added advantage
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
