Customer Analytics Manager (Retention & LTV Focus)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur for a Customer Analytics Manager (Retention & LTV Focus). The individual in this role will manage customer analytics initiatives with a focus on improving customer retention and lifetime value (LTV). Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer behavior, performing data analytics, creating data visualizations, supporting business strategies through insights, and implementing retention-focused analytics models aligned with the organizations goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics
• Knowledge of Statistics and experience in creating Data Visualizations
• Proficiency in Analytics tools and methods to support data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience working in customer retention, LTV analysis, or related domains is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex insights into actionable business strategies
