Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure high-quality deliverables, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in application performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in QuickBase. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Angular, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in QuickBase. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
