The specified description for the Senior Developer- BW/HANA /ETL is as follows • A strong understanding of SAP HANA data modeling concepts, including the ability to create calculation views, attribute views, analytical views. Hands-on experience of SAP BW7.5, HANA implementation and Support. ESSENTIAL FUNCATIONS: • Understand and translate business needs into data models supporting our strategic solutions.Work with the Business and Application Development teams to implement data strategies, build data flows and develop conceptual data models. • Contribute to design of data models and data structures. • Develop best practices for standard naming conventions and related coding practices to ensure consistency of data models QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 5+ years of SAP Analytics/Business Intelligence/Business Warehouse (BI/BW/HANA) related experience with a professional services advisory firm or publicly traded company and experience leading and delivering full life cycle implementations. • Minimum 1 end to end implementation experience with SAP HANA 1.0 and 2.0 with at least 1 number of full lifecycle project implementation experience with SAP HANA SQL and/or SAP S/4 HANA. What you will do: • Implements and develops customer deliverables that meet or exceed customer requirements • Develop and demonstrating a good understanding of business processes for their assigned functional area/data objects. • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of underlying technical data structures and definitions for assigned functional process area/data objects. • Contribute to an integrated data solution through data analysis, reporting and collaboration with offshore colleagues and clients. • Expertise in SAP BW7.5, SAP BW on HANA/BW4 HANA, Native HANA • Work closely with other consultants on customer site as a part of small to large size project teams • Conduct requirements analysis, data analysis and create reports • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of the deliverables • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients. • Proficient in Development and understanding of SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office to perform custom calculations, filtering, and sorts to support complex business planning and reporting scenarios. • Create HANA objects such as Calculations Views, Stored Procedures, functional requirements. • Architect and design a secure and robust BI solution to provide enterprise data to end-user business analytics and visualization tools Analysis for office. • Understand business requirements behind assigned tasks Create or modify data mappings Prepare data for testing, execute, and validate data. What you will bring: • Experience with SAP HANA Analytics transformation solutions leveraging applications including SAP HANA, ETL tools and SAP BW • Knowledge of data warehousing, data modelling and database concepts. • Prior experience in developing complex data integration that includes data ingestion and transformation from non-Sap and file-based system to HANA datastore. • The candidate will also need to have hands on exposure with technical and functional knowledge of the various technologies like SAP BW 4 HANA, AFO & SAC analytics • Flexible to support BAU and prod support issues during off office hours specifically during quarterly and yearly financial closing. What will set you apart: • Understand and exp on Fit gap analysis for S4 implementation • Nice to have exposure on various cutting edge analytical and tools like SAP SAC planning. • Good to Have exposure and hands on SAP PAPM solution.15 years full time education
