Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the development process. Lead a team of 4–5 BluePrism developers in a banking environment utilizing green screen terminal systems for a two-year automation initiative. Roles & Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Team Coordination (30%) o Direct and mentor a team of BluePrism developers, ensuring delivery of new automations and updates to existing bots in accordance with reengineered business processes. o Provide hands-on technical support for complex BluePrism development challenges. o Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, solution design, development, UAT, production deployment, and stabilization. · Solution Architecture & Design (30%) o Architect and document technical designs for new or enhanced BluePrism bots, with emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and integration with legacy banking systems (green screen terminals). · Advanced Development & Prototyping (30%) o Develop and prototype advanced automation solutions, focusing on pilot implementations and technically challenging use cases within BluePrism and .NET. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - Strong understanding of process automation methodologies. - Experience with application design and development. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. - Power Automation Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
