Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team members while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results. Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities - Solution Design & Implementation - Lead the design and configuration of SAP Cash Management (including Bank Account Management, Cash Position, Liquidity Forecast, Cash Operations, and integration with FI-GL, AP, AR, and Treasury modules). - Participate in workshops to gather business requirements, analyze current processes, and define cash management processes aligned with industry best practices and FPG transformation goals. - Configure SAP S/4HANA Cash Management functionalities, including Cash Pooling, Bank Communication Management, and Electronic Bank Statement processing. - Support the migration of cash management processes from legacy systems to the new SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring data integrity and compliance with FPG policies. - Integration & Testing - Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP Cash Management with external banking platforms, payment gateways, and satellite applications - Develop and execute test scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for cash management scenarios. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cash management processes, interfaces, and data migration. - Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with FPG Finance users, business process owners, and project stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and user adoption. - Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support for cash management functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI, with at least 2 years specializing in SAP Cash Management (S/4HANA preferred). - Strong knowledge of SAP Bank Account Management, Cash Position, Liquidity Forecast, Cash Operations, and related FI-GL/AP/AR integration. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cash Management configuration, including Electronic Bank Statement, Bank Communication Management, and Cash Pooling. - Familiarity with integration to external banking systems, payment platforms, and middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, Anaplan, BigQuery). Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
