Title: Salesforce Delivery lead
Summary:
The Salesforce Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, and managing project teams. This role involves leading the implementation of Salesforce solutions, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes within budget and timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, including planning, execution, and closure.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to scope and objectives.
Monitor project progress and address any risks or issues proactively.
- Client Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure team success.
- Solution Design and Delivery:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client needs and industry best practices.
Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Implement best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.
- Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
- Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry trends.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in Salesforce delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
-Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Extensive experience in Salesforce implementation and delivery.
-Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and others.
-Proven experience in program management.
-Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are highly desirable.
-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Additional Information:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of integration tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with data migration and management in Salesforce.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
