You will engage in problem-solving activities, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the overall success of projects by delivering high-quality applications that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Job Title: Reporting & Business Intelligence Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Reporting & Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in tools such as Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Bartender, and InfoBatch, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements. Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Bartender, and InfoBatch. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms. Optimize and maintain existing BI solutions to improve performance and usability. Develop and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Provide technical support and training to end-users on BI tools and reporting functionalities. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to BI tools and data pipelines. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in BI technologies and recommend improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Bartender, and InfoBatch. Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems. Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in BI tools (e.g., Power BI certification). Experience in managing large-scale BI projects. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation15 years full time education
